Stop & Shop is a chain of supermarkets that are located in the northeastern United States. By 1946 the chain had grown to 86 locations and officially changed their name to Stop & Shop Inc.

In 1961, Stop & Shop purchased the department store chain Bradlees and sold it later in 1992. There was a point where they also operated a chain of pharmacies named Medi-Mart which were eventually sold to Walgreens in the 1980’s. For most areas though, the minimum age is 16. On the careers page, you can navigate to through the options to search for job openings at the location of your choice.

Before you can get in though, you’ve got to grease the bouncer’s palms with a little bit of sweet, sweet information. Nothing crazy, just some information for your profile.

The employment form is standard affair, but always keep in mind that you should give it a couple read throughs before you submit it. Errors in spelling or grammar can be detrimental.
