Rally’s Employment Opportunities and Job Forms

Rally’s is one of the largest drive-thru fast food restaurants in the United States. Currently the company is owned by Checkers Drive-In Restaurants Inc. This parent company operates both Checkers and Rally’s

If you want to join this growing company, and one of the most popular fast food restaurants, then it’s time to fill a Rally’s application. Today we’ll look at the company’s history, culture, and overall marketing to give you an edge over the competition!

The Company’s History

Rally’s specializes in hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, and milk shakes. The french fries are especially unique in the way they are seasoned. Seriously, if you haven’t had these fries, you’re missing out.

In the beginning Rally’s and Checkers were separate companies that served vastly different regions. Checkers was mostly focused on the Southeast market while Rally’s was focused on the Midwest.

Rally’s itself was built upon the idea that a bland burger was simply not excusable. Taking this concept, they built up a bold and unique recipe that was made to order, but also provided a value to the consumer.

This idea was paired with the double drive-thru concept to great effect. The company adopted the chrome styling, red neon signs, and the checkerboard styling to fill out their brand image.

The two companies merged in August of 1999 after which the headquarters was moved to Tampa, Florida. Rally’s was founded in Louisville, Kentucky in 1985. The company was purchased by CKE Restaurants, the parent company of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s, in 1996.

Rally’s went private after a merger with Taxi Holdings Corp. Both Checkers and Rally’s had a similar concept to one another in the sense that both are almost entirely drive-thru restaurants. After the two companies merged, Rally’s began redesigning its locations to look more like Checkers.

Today the only real difference between the two companies in terms of the exterior is the name on the sign. Today there are over 800 locations in total across the Checkers and Rally’s companies.
